As part of our plans for growth we are looking for a ‘Digital Sales Manager’ who is primarily focused on revenue growth and developing new business relationships through both new client sales and exploring new initiatives for our current clients.

The job suits a highly motivated self starter who can work off their own initiative to achieve monthly targets, is not afraid to start a relationship from the ground up and is comfortable presenting interactive creative ideas to marketing personnel at all levels in both clients and agencies.

As well as previous interactive experience, excellent communication and organisation skills the role requires:

-The drive to unearth new business opportunities and set up meetings
-Experience in planning and preparing presentations
-Experience establishing and maintaining long term working relationships
-Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
-Overseeing the development of marketing literature
-Administering accounts and writing reports
-Providing management with market feedback.
-Establishing and maintaining strong prospective client relationships through regular telephone and e-mail contact, with both a short and a long term focus
-An understanding of web design and development, mobile design and development, online marketing, including PPC, SEO and affiliate marketing and social marketing
-The ability to make an effective work contribute to the team
-A robust knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programmes

The job suits a highly motivated individual who can conceptualize engaging creative campaigns, work with the design and production teams to bring ideas to life, turn clients on to new and innovative platforms and help us push the agency on to the next level. The ideal candidate will be highly passionate about digital media, have an understanding of wed trends, be able to work with the sales manager to grow our revenue base and be able to critically examine a brief to ensure all client touchpoints are considered within our proposed response.

Key Responsibilities:
 
-Help build long and short range digital strategies.
-Establish best practice processes, methodology and stimulation of digital strategic thinking within the studio.
-Generate revenue through the proactive and reactive approach of client relationship.
-Contribute to and lead new business proposals.
-Lead the design and conceptualization of creative marketing ideas using insight driven digital strategies from opportunity identification through to experience definition.
-Partner with the Creative and Client Management teams from other areas of the business to identify new business opportunities.
-Locate partner organizations to fulfill different online creative engagements both technology and event focused.

Experience / Skills:

-At least 5 years experience in digital strategy execution
-Strong client relationship skills – can connect with clients and inspire their confidence and ongoing commitment through -leading discussions and identifying digital solutions
-Self-starter and confident team player
-Can develop strategic and creative solutions using variety of facts available
-Passionate about having measurable impact on clients business
-Passionate about Film and Entertainment brands
-Strong communication skills
