For the release of the highly anticipated game Duke Nukem Forever we have created “Duke’s Hall of Hotness”
Sitting within the Duke Nukem hub, http://www.boob-tube.eu/ along with other existing Duke Nukem applications, in the “Hall of Hotness” users are able to upload their picture to the gallery. When in the gallery users can browse through all the images and rate them as ‘hot’

Whilst utilising the desktop upload feature, users can also connect to their Facebook account to select their hottest picture.
Response to the app has been overwhelming with hundreds of pictures being uploaded within days of its launch. Since its launch, a little over a week ago, the app has had 92,000 visits and 2 million page views with the highest amount of visits in a day peaking at 30, 000.
As well as knowing that your photo has been rated as ‘hot’ – the photo with the highest rating will also win a once in a lifetime trip to the location of the game and the original city of Sin – Las Vegas!

Our involvement in this campaign was truly multi-platform as we produced a variety of edits from video walls, to 3D cinema, to TV.
The game centres around hardcore motor-racing as distractions literally fly at you from all angles! We endeavoured to portray the chaos, havoc and utter destruction of this game in all our adrenaline fuelled creative executions as well as featuring a taste of the various machines on offer. Thankfully no reports of any cars crashing outside Lime Street station in Liverpool….yet!

Continuing our relationship with SCEE and their sponsorship of FIVE Movies, we produced a range of idents to support the launch of their release of Killzone 2.
Taking up the role of commander, we used the idents to give combat soldiers instructions in weapons, the enemy etc. and used this to promote multiple facets of the gameplay.

How do you take a game that centres around the many ways to take down your enemy and even awards points for your ability to “Kill with Skill”, and produce daytime playable sponsorship idents?
This was the challenge we faced when embarking on EA Games’ sponsorship of SyFy Channel. The idents ran around peak programming and introduced the game to a highly focused target audience.

Sony Playstation approached us to create some idents to wrap around their sponsorship of movies on FIVE. The brief was to get “Sackboy” into the movies so what better approach than to have our leading man appearing in his very own series of famous movie scenes, all set in Little Big Planet?
We worked with Media Molecule to produce 24 idents that covered multiple genres of film and saw Sackboy playing everyone from Indiana Jones to Maria von Trapp! The spots were voiced by the inimitable Stephen Fry who played director as Sackboy took us through his movie repertoire!

The Picture Production Company in conjunction with Film Education created the Thor -Trailer Maker an educational resource for the upcoming movie Thor.
The main interactive task is a trailer maker, which allows students to re-cut the two minute theatrical trailer in to a thirty second teaser. As well as editing a sequence together, there is also the ability to chose a soundtrack, insert graphics to form your own narrative and send the link when you are finished.
