Dark Void presents… Jetpack Attack

We have once again teamed up with Capcom to promote another of their New Year releases. This time round we have been working on the January 2010 release of Dark Void.

The brief was to create an engaging online mini-game that actively encouraged users to grab the game and share it through various social networks. At the time of the brief we felt that we needed something that had a bit of stand out amongst the wide range of online games available whilst still creating a game that educated on some of the key features of Dark Void Itself.

In answer to this we created JETPACK ATTACK – a 2D flyer/shooter, where you can not only play as Will to fight your way through the void, but you can also create your own game using a simple game building tool featured on jetpackattack.com.

We take a break from Trekmania to acknowledge nomination, get snacks

Though we’re trying to maintain our composure, we’re over the moon to be nominated for the New Media Age Effectiveness Awards 2009, for Capcom Europe’s ‘Become Street Fighter‘ interactive online game.

Every year the NMAs recognise innovative companies who exemplify usability, accessability and excellence in developing and promoting new media across the UK. Past winners have included Paul McCartney, Carling and Viagogo. We had a tonne of fun working on ‘Become Street Fighter’, which allows you to morph your face onto your favourite characters and produce a video of you fighting against other characters to share with your friends. We worked with 15secondTV, and got to live up to our childhood dreams of working with the Street Fighter franchise. Check out the game at www.becomestreetfighter.com

Capcom has resurrected the classic franchise and we have been lucky to have the opportunity to work with them to create Become Street Fighter! The site is designed to capture the attention of the original franchise fan base whilst draw the imagination of new, younger game players online.

The PPC Presents….MotoGP08

It was a mean feat but we did it. Give us a short deadline and we will still come back with an exceptional site. We had four weeks to turnaround the new international site for MotoGP (out October 24th) – and that includes seven local language versions and a full screen embeddable trailer too.
